Besan ka cheela is great and nutritous egg replacement for omelettes and is gluten free. Its really simple to make, and usually just has minced veggies with some spices. But this version in which some vegetables are ground to a paste and added to the flour is really good. Try it, takes a couple of minutes moe than the standard one, but makes a big difference
