A take off on kerela veg stew, its a soupy version of it. Only thin coconut milk is used. If you can extract coconut milk, nothing like it. Though, I used readymade coconut milk. Since it is very thick, use 1.5 cups of warm water for 1/2 cup of milk to get the consistency thinner. Easy as it is to make, its also very light and delightfully tasty,...absolutely great to have in the monsoons and winter. Vegetables used here are just a suggestion based on what I used... you can use most veggies including cabbage, red/green peppers, brnjal etc.
