Hash browns are for those lazy holidays, fried potatoes that are crisp on the outside and soft n juicy inside... great as an accompaniment with baked beans on toast, or sauteed mushrooms and many others. Its fast to make and yummy, gets polished off in minutes.. :) I usually use around 3-4 potatoes depending on the size. Fry it in separate batches or make two small ones in one pan.
