Adapted from a recipe a friend had given for hyderabadi chilly chicken. Takes around 5- 10 minutes to make and is one spicy dish that works great as an appetizer or for the main course. Shitake mushrooms are optional, but it gives the dish a umami flavour. Chopped mock meats and tofu are also a great option to give it more bite, you could add it a few minutes before adding mushrooms.
