Adapted from a friends meat based biryani recipe.. as an exmeateater with some adaptions, I found no difference in the taste. Infact, soy kheema is also much faster to cook! And ofcourse there is a big difference in calories and health factor when a biryani is meat and dairy free.This recipe is one version, thats fairly quick to make.
