This curry is a savory coconut base curry that is yummy with dosa's or brown rice. Either moong/green gram dal sprouts could be used by itself, or a mix of sprouted black chickpeas and green gram dal is perfect. This recipe is often made on festivals, combined with various kinds of dosa's or idli's. It is a fairly easy recipe, but takes some time to make it. Of most coconut curry recipes, this is an easier one...and its really good.
