Sweet melon juice is a fresh and delicous juice. You could either discard the seeds or add them to the juice, I prefer to add them. They are again extremely nutritous.
To make it sweeter add dates. As vegans we dont use honey, but if you wish to use honey, consider this... dates have almost 12 times the potassium of honey, plus magnesium, iron, vitamin B6 etc. And it has less carbs, less sugar, less sodium and fewer calories. So, it does make 'more' sense to go with dates
