Im undoubtedly biased about watermelons. It's so refreshing and makes for my favorite post workout morning glass of juice. Also works as a wonderful base to mix fruits for smoothies. This one is the most basic one I make, but still tastes as good. I dont deseed watermelons, as the seeds are probably more healthier than the fruit. Packed with proteins and vitamin B, it makes as much sense to grind till the seeds have become fine. No reason to strain it, unless the few tiny flecks at the base of the juice is a problem. Everytime you strain a juice much of the fibre is lost, so just make sure you blend it well..and it's all good
